J. Hannah Forays Into Eyewear With First Cat-Eye Sunglasses

Jewelry and nail polish label J. Hannah is stepping into the eyewear category for the first time, debuting its cat-eye sunglasses dubbed Freyja. The accessory is perfect for adding an effortlessly chic touch to your upcoming spring and summer outfits.
“It’s our first foray into all new territory for JH. As individuals, we’re curious about so many interdisciplinary design possibilities and are exceptionally grateful to have the freedom as a small, independent business to experiment, mix things up and not feel bound by just ‘doing one thing,’” the brand took to Instagram to share the excitement.
The frames come in three colorways including “Calico,” a tortoiseshell iteration; “Akoya,” a white marble-like pattern; and “Onyx,” a sleek black style. Each of the glasses comes with tinted brown lenses. All variations of the Freyja are made locally in LA, with “Onyx” featuring biodegradable, compostable cellulose acetate.
