Nicole McLaughlin Announces PUMA Partnership With Goalie Glove Jacket
“Fits like a glove.”
Nicole McLaughlin, the upcycling master whose portfolio includes the likes of Crocs and adidas, has now announced that her next partnership is with PUMA. The artist revealed the news through an Instagram post with images of her latest work featuring repurposed items from the activewear brand.
“Fits like a glove,” the creative jokingly shared. The one-of-a-kind jacket is constructed using goalkeeper gloves of diverse colors ranging from black and blue, to neon yellow and pink. The different panels make up a statement-making outerwear piece that is complete with Velcro fastening at the cuffs and hem.
Not much is known regarding Nicole McLaughlin’s upcoming PUMA partnership as of now, but the designer will be “creat[ing] unique pieces that highlight the potential of upcycling by using samples, deadstock and other PUMA materials.”
