Emerging Footwear Brand Nomasei Introduces Handcrafted Loafer
Designed in collaboration with style influencers Molly and Reese Blutstein.
Sustainable footwear brand Nomasei, founded by Chloé alums Paule Tenaillon and Marine Braquet, is introducing a new style to its thoughtful, “slow luxury” lineup. Collaborating with eco-minded influencer sisters Molly and Reese Blutstein (AKA @accidentalinfluencer and @double3xposure), Nomasei will launch a special edition of it cult favorite NONO loafer.
The block-heeled shoe arrives in butter yellow topped with Nomasei’s signature logo ornament in gold. Crafted in Montopoli, Tuscany out of surplus leather sourced from the local meat industry, the loafers are made with Tuscany’s regional supply chain in mind, helping reduce the brand’s carbon footprint. Nomasei makes an effort to incorporate further sustainable components, such as recyclable zippers and biodegradable soles, into its styles. Producing only two curated collections per year, the label is at the forefront of the slow fashion movement.
The Molly and Reese Blutstein x Nomasei NONO loafer is available at the Nomasei website, where pricing ranges from $410 to $430 USD.
