Dior's Monogrammed Water Bottle Is Extremely Extra
The label’s capsule of beach-ready accessories includes some extravagant picks.
Dior has launched a capsule collection of beach-ready accessories including several extravagant takes on everyday items. Designed by Kim Jones, the new range includes Dior-monogrammed towels, robes and water bottles. (This summer, hydration comes at a price — $830 USD, to be exact.)
Plush towels and matching robes arrive in purple and green terry cloth woven with Dior’s iconic Oblique monogram. A pair of Wayfarer shades — outfitted with a high fashion version of Croakies — bear the signature print on the lenses, while a crossbody bucket bag is made of monogrammed jacquard. The collection’s height of excess, however, is a stainless steel water bottle laser-etched with Dior branding. The flashy canteen comes with its own leather water bottle holder complete with a crossbody strap.
