Bella Hadid and Lila Moss Front Fendi's Latest Capsule Collection
Featuring elegant styles that honor British creativity and Italian glamor.
Earlier this year, Kim Jones unveiled his debut Haute Couture collection for Fendi for the Spring/Summer 2021 season. Now, the fashion house has returned with a limited-edition capsule, which draws upon themes from the designer’s Couture line.
Inspired by the Bloomsbury set and Virginia Woolf’s novel Orlando, Jones’ Couture pieces spotlight the liberated British sensibility of the ’20s and the beauty of Roman traditions. For the latest capsule collection, garments feature intricate cady and wool-silk tailoring, and crisp cotton shirting. In the lookbook above, Bella Hadid is seen in an elegant draped white satin gown, while Lila Moss dons a form-fitting black dress with a subtle slit at the chest.
In accessories, new iterations of the Baguette and Peekaboo handbags have been added to the line, which are either accented with pearls or boast prints influenced by the Bloomsbury Group’s Sussex home of Charleston House. Finally, footwear styles include ballerina slippers embossed with Karligraphy beaded monograms, as well as knee-high satin boots.
Fendi’s capsule collection will be exclusively available for only two weeks at select boutiques around the world starting on April 15.
