Here's an On-Foot Look at sacai x Nike's VaporWaffle "Sail"
Rumored to drop this spring.
Back in February, images of sacai and Nike‘s upcoming VaporWaffle in “Sail” were unveiled by a number of sneaker insiders. Now, @repgod888 has released more detailed shots of the collaborative shoe.
The uppers are constructed out of finely woven white nylon fabric. Adding a bit of depth are the tan suede eyestays and mudguards, as well as the off-white Swooshes and heel cages. In true Chitose Abe style, doubled-up detailing can be found on the tongues and Swooshes. Rounding out the silhouette are the white, cream and gray midsoles and gum outsoles.
On top of the “Sail” colorway, the duo is set to drop “Black/Gum” and “Dark Iris” sometime this year. Take a closer look at the white iteration above.
An official release date for the sacai x Nike Vaporwaffle “Sail” has yet to be announced. However, reports state that it might be available later this spring.
