










Kendall Jenner, FKA twigs and Shygirl Stun in Burberry's Olympia Bag Campaign
The classic handbag arrives in new iterations.
Burberry has unveiled new iterations of the Olympia handbag, a signature of the house and designed by creative director Riccardo Tisci. The accompanying campaign features images and video of Kendall Jenner, FKA twigs and Shygirl shot against a minimal backdrop of classic Burberry beige and marble.
The recent release boasts a series of sizes, styles and colorways, from simple options like “Warm Sand,” “Black” and “Burgundy” to vibrant shades such as “Marigold,” “Pale Blue” and “Juniper Green,” arriving in mini, small and medium variations. Crafted in Italy, the unique curved silhouette creates an athletic aura that molds closely against the body. The smooth leather crescent is rounded off with gold or palladium-plated hardware engraved with the Burberry logo, capturing the bag’s timeless simplicity. Alongside handbags, the Olympia family flaunts a range of silhouettes, including a card case with a detachable strap, as well as messenger bags, backpacks and totes.
As for the campaign, Tisci explained, “when designing the Olympia, I was thinking about creating the perfect form of a handbag – something that could capture the essence of femininity. So, for the campaign, I wanted to celebrate three incredible women in my life who embody the power and beauty of feminine energy: FKA twigs, Kendall and Shygirl. These women are amazingly talented and confident, and have a natural fierceness and determination to carve their own paths, each freely expressing their originality through their creativity.”
In celebration of the new collection, Burberry is also introducing “World of Olympia” pop-ups globally, which will house an exclusive selection. The immersive spaces, inspired by Ancient Greece, aim to bring the world of the Olympia to life and celebrate the aesthetics, craftsmanship and inspiration of the bag. Locations include Harrods, Galaxy Macau, Bergdorf Goodman and Nanjing Deji Plaza. From late May, pop-ups will also launch in Guangzhou Taikoo Hui, Shenyang MixC, Shinsegae Centum, Hong Kong Landmark and Isetan Shinjuku.
