Guess How Much Miuccia Prada Makes a Year
Her husband, the Chief Executive Officer of Prada S.p.A., earned the same amount in 2020.
Last week, Prada S.p.A. filed an official notice on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange to disclose its internal plans ahead of its Board of Directors meeting. In addition to the proposed members for the new board, the fashion house also revealed Miuccia Prada‘s annual earnings.
According to the records, the designer’s salary last year was €9.08 million EUR (approximately $10.9 million USD), while bonuses and incentives were at €27,000 EUR (approximately $32,568 USD). On top of that, Prada acquired an additional €24,000 EUR (approximately $28,950 USD) for pension, healthcare, contributions and TFR. Miuccia Prada’s husband, the Chief Executive Officer of Prada S.p.A., also earned the same in 2020.
“The remuneration of Ms. Prada was determined taking into account her strategic role,” the document stated. “Particularly in creative design concepts and styles, brand communication and advertising campaigns and the importance of her management and her role as chief executive officer and executive director that have contributed to building the group’s financial performance and track records.”
