REZZ and Dove Cameron Drop Mesmerizing Music Video for "Taste of You"

UPDATE (June 16, 2021): DJ and record producer REZZ and Emmy Award-winning actor and singer Dove Cameron released a collaborative single last month dubbed “Taste of You.” Now, the duo has dropped the track’s music video directed by Felicity Jayn Heath.
“The most fun I’ve personally had in a music video,” REZZ shared in a press release, while Cameron added, “The kind of nights I dreamt about when I was a kid as to how my job would look.” In the visual, the artists demonstrate undeniable chemistry and share a steamy kiss towards the end. Cameron is seen singing in front of a car waiting for REZZ, who is wearing her signature LED goggles.

ORIGINAL STORY (May 21, 2021): Canadian DJ and record producer REZZ has dropped her latest single in collaboration with Emmy Award-winning actor and singer Dove Cameron. Titled “Taste of You,” the dark track was inspired by hypnosis and explores the themes of lust and love.
Following her “LazyBaby” single back in April, this marks Cameron’s second musical project of the year. “Rezz sent me an early version of the song while I was shooting on location and asked if I wanted to feature on it,” the singer shared with HYPEBAE. “I was f*cking floored because it is by definition my dream song and I never thought anyone would ever ask me to do anything like it! I was definitely stoked and felt very seen.” Rezz added: “I really dig Dove’s vibe, so I thought she would be really cool to have on this record.”
“‘Taste of You’ for me is about craving that one person so much and feeling like you might lose touch with reality if you don’t get your f*ckin nails into/around their arms,” Cameron further elaborated on the meaning behind the song. “That animalistic, eyes roll into the back of your head, I want you so much I’m losing my mind and I need to inhale you kind of feeling. We all know it. I know it very well.”
