An adidas x Gucci Real Madrid Collection Could Be in the Works
Football and fashion collide.
Rumors have recently surfaced suggesting that adidas could be linking with Gucci for a Real Madrid CF collection.
With the potential launch date set for summer 2022, the collaboration is expected to kick off the Spanish football club’s 2022-2023 La Liga season, and could include a mix of the trio’s signature design cues. Leaks have already revealed possible concepts, one of which being Gucci’s GG monogram motif redesigned with Real Madrid’s crest, as well as an extension of the team’s renowned navy and white color story. Further details suggest that the partnership could create some on-pitch kits, however, it remains to be seen whether these would be worn during an actual match.
