Hip-hop superstar Kendrick Lamar is selling his previous California home for $800,000 USD. The 3,529-square-foot property, located in Eastvale, was listed on Provident Real Estate recently and is said to be the former home of Lamar’s parents and siblings. Boasting four bedrooms and three bathrooms, the home also includes a living room, a formal dining area, a sizeable kitchen, as well as a three-car garage and backyard with a private swimming pool.

According to records, the rapper purchased the home in 2014 for $523,400 USD, but a few years later decided to move his family to a $2.65 million USD property in Calabasas, while Lamar himself is currently living in a $10 million USD Manhattan Beach home.

In other music news, Lorde has announced her Solar Power album release and tour dates.
