The Cannes Film Festival, which returned after delays and cancellations due to the ongoing pandemic, birthed much-talked-about moments on the red carpet with stunning looks worn by celebrities.
Bella Hadid followed up on her Jean Paul Gaultier look with a daring “lung dress” by Schiaparelli. Tilda Swinton and Timothée Chalamet, who were in town for The French Dispatch premiere, took the spotlight in a colorful outfit by Haider Ackermann and a suit by Tom Ford. Elsewhere, Chanel dressed stars like Marion Cotillard, Lyna Khoudri and Soo Joo Park.
Jodie Turner-Smith appeared in a glamorous Gucci gown with a gradient white-to-yellow effect, while Jessica Wang stunned in Alberta Ferretti and Piaget. Hana Cross opted for a sleek ’00s look with a sequined slip dress by Boss, as Candice Swanepoel donned an Etro jumpsuit with intricate details. Spike Lee paired his limited-edition Air Jordan 1 PE with a hot pink Louis Vuitton suit, while SoKo opted for an iridescent sequined look by Gucci. Additional standouts include Carla Bruni in CELINE, Camélia Jordana in Maison Valentino and Jessica Chastain in Dior.
