Dua Lipa To Make Acting Debut in Upcoming Thriller 'Argylle'

The musician will star alongside Catherine O’Hara, John Cena, Henry Cavill and more.

On top of campaign deals and viral hits like “Levitating,” Dua Lipa is now adding acting to her portfolio. The musician will be making her debut in a new thriller film titled Argylle.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the movie boasts a star-studded cast, including names like Bryce Dallas Howard, Henry Cavill, Sam Rockwell, Bryan Cranston, Catherine O’Hara, John Cena and Samuel L. Jackson. In addition to her acting role, Lipa will also be producing the title track and score.

Not much has been revealed so far, but Argylle, based on a spy novel of the same title, follows the story of a spy embarking on a global journey. The upcoming movie will mark the first of three installments.

Stay tuned as we learn more. Shooting for Argylle is scheduled to begin this August in Europe.
