Ariana Grande To Perform at a 'Fortnite' Concert
The ‘Rift Tour’ series commences this week.
Following Travis Scott and J Balvin, Fortnite has now tapped Ariana Grande for its upcoming in-game Rift Tour concert series.
According to Epic Games’s announcement, the experience will involve “a musical journey into magical new realities where Fortnite and a record-breaking superstar collide.” On top of the concert, players will get to purchase an Ariana Grande skin and a Piggy Smallz Back Bling on August 4 at 8 p.m. EST via the Item Shop.
The first show of the Rift Tour will begin on August 6 at 6 p.m. EST, followed by other sets on August 7 at 2 p.m. EST, and August 8 at 10 a.m. EST and 6 p.m. EST for viewers in different time zones. Epic Games is suggesting fans and players tune in at least one hour before the concert starts, which will go live 30 minutes before Grande goes on.
