Apple's iOS 15.4 Beta Allows You To Use Face ID With a Mask On
The update also sees the addition of 37 new emojis.
Apple has released the first betas of its iOS 15.4 and iPadOS 15.4. Developers can now upgrade to the new system via the Apple Beta Software Program or “over the air after the proper profile has been installed on an iPhone or iPad,” as per MacRumors.
Reports state that 37 new emojis have been added, such as the disco ball, heart hands, biting lip, pregnant man, hamsa and more. Other new features include the ability to copy text from your surroundings using the camera while in the Notes or Reminders apps. Users will also now be allowed to use Face ID with a mask on.
The iOS 15.4 and iPadOS 15.4 will see an official release sometime this spring. Stay tuned while we wait for more details to surface.
