Take a Closer Look at A$AP Rocky x Vans' Third Collab
Featuring the Slip-On and Slip-On Mule.
Having joined PacSun as its first guest artistic director, A$AP Rocky has returned with a third and final collaboration with Vans. Like the previous drop, the musician has reworked the Slip-On and Slip-On Mule with updated details.
“Vans has always been a closet staple — the new drop adds a fresh spin on a classic and I’m excited for everyone to style them in their own unique way,” the rapper commented on the team-up. PacSun’s CEO Alfred Chang added: “We are continuously impressed by Rocky’s fresh takes on classic styles, we are excited to introduce the newest iteration as part of his collaborative effort with PacSun, to kick off the new year.” Ahead of the official reveal, Rocky made a surprise appearance last month at PacSun’s SoHo flagship, where he gifted fans exclusive pairs.
The Slip-On arrives with a black upper, which is contrasted with multi-colored flame graphics. The motif accompanies Vans’ iconic Side Stripe, while bold white piping rounds out the look. As for the Slip-On Mule, the shoe comes with a white base with the same flame graphics appearing on the sides. Both kicks are highlighted with fiery prints on the footbed.
