Richard Quinn Taps Clearpay to Create Interest-Free NFTs

15 of which will give lucky consumers the opportunity to attend Quinn’s LFW event next week.

Breakthrough designer Richard Quinn has teamed up with London Fashion Week partner Clearpay alongside the British Fashion Council, to offer fans a limited-edition rose NFT. Part of Quinn and Clearpay’s “London Fashion Week In Bloom” collaboration, the NFT takes cues from the designer’s recent Spring/Summer 2023 showcase which took place in September.

When purchasing the NFT, consumers will be able to choose between two options. The first provides access for them and a guest to Quinn’s LFW party in Covent Garden, where the designer will be showcasing his most iconic looks to date, alongside a selection of the 23 made-to-order outfits he created in tribute to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.

The second option sees 35 NFTs accompanied by a limited-edition collection of accessories in a signature Quinn print, comprised of a bucket hat, scrunchie and tote bag. Proceeds from NFT sales are set to be donated to the BFC Foundation, which supports the growth of future designers through education, grant-giving and business mentoring. The partnership will also see Quinn and Clearpay hosting a free exhibition on October 13.

“I’m thrilled to partner with Clearpay to put a unique Richard Quinn stamp on the London Fashion Week celebrations,” says Quinn in a press release. “From the creation of the beautiful rose NFT and bespoke merchandise, to our event in Covent Garden and the exhibition open to the public, this will be a true celebration of fashion, and will be a spectacular way to mark this season’s London Fashion Week.”

A total of 50 NFTs will be available for purchase at £50 each (approximately $55 USD) on October 8 from the In Bloom NFT website.
