BTS member J-Hope will be heading to New York City at the end of the year to perform at Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve.

The K-pop star took headlines throughout the year with the release of his first album Jack in the Box, embarking on a solo journey after it was announced that his band would go on indefinite hiatus. With each member enlisting in the South Korean military (Jin was the first one to go earlier this week), the musician continues with an anticipated performance at the year-end event taking place in Times Square.

J-Hope will be performing alongside Duran Duran, who will be showing a medley of their biggest hits, as well as New Edition and Jax. The South Korean star’s set will feature a medley of “= (Equal Sign),” “Chicken Noodle Soup” and “Butter (Holiday Remix).”

Hosted by Ryan Seacrest and Liza Koshy, Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve will air on ABC on December 31.
