Gigi Hadid Wears Louis Vuitton x Nike Air Force 1 Designed by Virgil Abloh
The latest on-foot look at the forthcoming collab.
Back in June 2021, Virgil Abloh revealed twelve co-branded Louis Vuitton x Nike Air Force 1s as part of the Louis Vuitton Spring/Summer 2022 “Amen Break” collection. The offering included AF1 Lows and Mids in monogram and Damier prints in a variety of colorways.
As an official release date draws near, a select group of Virgil’s friends and family have been spotted wearing the LV x AF1. DJ Khaled sported a red colorway courtside, Yoon Ahn posted a black monogram pair on Instagram and supermodel Gigi Hadid recently styled a green colorway with trousers and a Louis Vuitton crossbody bag in Epi leather.
Gigi’s pair sports a kelly green leather upper debossed with LV monogram print. Other design details include text on the medial panel and a topstitched Swoosh. Hits of white on the midsole and laces complete the look. The collaboration is sure to be highly coveted, stay tuned for official release info and pricing.
