Rosalía Drops a Music Video for Her Sexual Track "Hentai"
Days ahead of her ‘Motomami’ album release.
Rosalía‘s latest single is called “Hentai,” which she just released a sultry music video for.
The music video, directed by Mitch Ryan, features solo scenes of the singer riding a mechanical bull and tossing and turning in bed with closeups of her body. The latest single is made up of explicit lyrics that when translated to English go as follows: “I wanna ride you like I ride my bike/Make me a tape like Spike/I whipped it until it got stiff/In the second place is f–king you/In the first place is God.”
Prior to “Hentai,” Rosalía released the singles “Chicken Teriyaki,” “SAOKO” and “La Fama” featuring The Weeknd. On “SAOKO,” which is a tribute to Y2K Reggaeton with samples of Wisin and Daddy Yankee, the Spain native emphasized on change, which seems to be a key theme in her upcoming third studio album, Motomami.
“If you notice, the lyrics revolve around the same concept: transformation,” she previously said in a statement about “SAOKO.” “Each and every phrase is an image of transformation. Celebrating transformation, celebrating change. Celebrating that you are always yourself even though you are in constant transformation or even that you are you more than ever at the very moment you are changing.”
