FILA and Brandon Maxwell Reveal Collaborative Collection

It’s time to get our Serena and Venus on.

Sportswear brand FILA has tapped Brandon Maxwell as its guest designer for its newest women’s tennis apparel line.

Just in time for the US Open, FILA by Brandon Maxwell pays homage to the former brand’s Italian heritage, while merging its athletic designs with Maxwell’s signature American aesthetic.

“Having the opportunity to work with FILA on a tennis collection has been such a thrill. Not only is tennis one of my favorite sports but I’ve always loved seeing what the athletes wear on the court. Creating this collection allowed me to infuse that fashion perspective into these very classic silhouettes. I’m ecstatic about the results,” Maxwell shares in an exclusive press release.

Presenting an array of classic FILA tennis silhouettes, the new launch offers 21 staple and statement-making pieces for on and off the court. Standouts include a timeless pleated racer back dress alongside a baby pink cami option. Elsewhere, mini-skirts arrive in plaid green and pink patterns. Asymmetrical skirts in a bold fuschia and red color-blocked option steals the show, while a tracksuit accented with contrast color tipping delivers elegant King Richard vibes.

For the season’s final Grand Slam, FILA sponsored players Karolina Pliskova and Shelby Rogers will debut the fashions on-court in New York City.

Take a look at FILA by Brandon Maxwell in the gallery above. The collection is available on FILA’s website, as well as Brandon Maxwell and Bandier’s online stores.
