Kim Kardashian Welcomes Her Single Era With a "Balenci" Barbiecore Look
She’s feeling herself.
Kim Kardashian is all about keeping up with trends and Barbiecore is no exception. The beauty mogul took to social media to show off her latest style after her recent split from ex-boyfriend Pete Davidson.
“Balenci Barbie,” she captioned an Instagram video of herself posing in front of a mirror while wearing a one-shoulder pink and purple Balenciaga camo-print mini dress. She accessorized the fit with clear heels, a mini handbag and her blonde hair, which she’s been rocking since the Met Gala in May.
This isn’t the first time Kardashian changes her style after a breakup. After she and Kanye West, AKA Ye, split, the reality star experimented with her personal style as a way to find herself again. Milan Fashion Week earlier this year marked a new chapter in Kardashian’s style evolution as it’s a perfect showcase of her wardrobe post-Ye. She wore three different memorable Prada looks.
Of this new chapter in her life, Kardashian previously told Vogue, “For so long, I did what made other people happy and I think in the last two years I decided, I’m going to make myself happy and that feels really good … Even if that created changes and caused my divorce, I think it’s important to be honest with yourself about what really makes you happy. I’ve chosen myself. I think it’s okay to choose you.”
