Dreamville and Daily Paper "Dream Daily" With New Collaboration
Inspired by one of the first educational institutions in the world.
Multi-platinum record label Dreamville has joined forces with Daily Paper to release a collegiate collection to celebrate their shared vision of empowered communities.
Inspired by one of the world’s first educational institutions, the University of Timbuktu/Sankore, “Dream Daily” imagines what a joint university might look like as both brands were started in the midst of ivy towers and book stacks. Mimicking a classic yearbook, members of the Daily Paper and Dreamville team don pieces from the collection, dressed in fictional school colors of sand and maroon.
“Dream Daily represents our collective mission — and we hope it inspires those who follow both Dreamville and Daily Paper to do just that. Dream Daily and then put a plan into action to make those dreams come true,” Raeana Anaïs, Director of Design for Dreamville Apparel shares in an exclusive press release.
The aspirational gathering is comprised of seven stand-out items, including a limited-edition online exclusive varsity jacket, bearing a custom patchwork of the historic university as well as a dual logo. Elsewhere, a crimson polo dress with bold stripes on the sleeves offers a comfortable yet eye-catching outfit, while a soft-to-the-touch cream sweatsuit and hoodie keep things cozy.
