Palace Debuts Collaboration with RIMOWA

Featuring a limited-edition suitcase, a skateboard deck and sticker set.

Palace is continuing its long list of impressive collaborations, with premium luggage manufacturer, RIMOWA, next up on its list.

The London-based label has joined forces with the travel pioneers for a collection that merges Palace’s unique approach to streetwear with RIMOWA’s heritage design, arriving in the form of a limited-edition suitcase, skateboard deck and sticker set.

Dubbed the Palace RIMOWA Original Cabin Desert Suitcase, the first piece in the collection features a vibrant reimagining of a dystopian desert landscape, displayed across a backdrop of striking silver aluminium. Designed by Palace artists and digitally printed by RIMOWA, the collaborative artwork sees “a nomadic figure walking towards a chrome monolith, appearing to be watched over by a sand sculpture of a woman,” according to the brand’s press release.

The case’s interior also boasts a striking design, featuring seamless “infinity” artwork which seeks to represent the brands’ shared vision of creating high-quality and long-lasting pieces. The special-edition piece is set to arrive in extremely limited quantities, true to Palace, with just 500 models produced.

Elsewhere, the collection debuts the Palace RIMOWA Deck, designed to celebrate the spirit of mobility. Again featuring a version of the duo’s “infinity” artwork from the suitcase’s interior, the deck features the iconic logos of both brands on its reverse, atop a Canadian Maple Wood base. Finally, the sticker set completes the unique offering, designed with a collaborative logo.

The new Palace RIMOWA collection will be available for purchase from RIMOWA’s website alongside Palace flagship stores, the Palace website and at Dover Street Market London and Los Angeles from February 10.
