Jennifer Lopez's Cobalt-Blue "Jelly" Nails Scream Spring Is Here
Giving us the “California Blues.”
We’re at the season where manicures are about to become the main character of our FYP pages. Leading the moment so far is Jennifer Lopez, who dramatically switched things up from her normal dainty claws to hot, cobalt-blue jelly nails.
The multi-hyphenates nails were filed into a ballerina shape, curated by celebrity manicurist Tom Bachik. He topped the vibrant blue nails for the star with a sweet shimmering effect. In the moment, you see Lopez’s hand displayed on a white-pebble tumbler with the caption, “I’ve got the California Blues.” And if these are the blues we need to have, well sign us up, Mr. Bachik. In the last year, we’ve seen many A-listers taking to the Jelly nail and “lip gloss” nail trends — setting us up for the hottest style of the warmer seasons.
While this is a shocking departure from JLo’s regular manicure features, her decision did not disappoint. We want to see more of these looks.
