GANNI is right where it belongs at HIP as the Leeds-based store is home to the brand’s Spring/Summer 2023 collection.
Founded by husband-and-wife duo Ditte and Nicolaj Reffstrup, the Danish brand evokes an effortlessly cool style all its own, creating a carefree and laid-back culture through its playful designs. Ushering in a unique take on traditional Scandinavian style, GANNI trades an austere aesthetic for one filled with color and joy that still remains wearable day to day. The label’s latest offering opts for a collegiate sensibility, delivering varsity-inspired sweaters, prim and proper penny loafers, alongside splashes of animal print in the form of matching sets and retro scrunchies.
Transparency is also at the core of GANNI’s values as the brand strives to cultivate a holistic and honest approach to their manufacturing processes, using upcycled and recycled fabric to create their cult-favorite pieces.
