PORTER Teams up With TOGA for Handbag Collection
Featuring three star-studded bags.
PORTER is enlisting TOGA to reimagine its signature handbag silhouettes, tapping Japanese designer Yasuko Furuta for its Spring/Summer 2023 collection.
The collaborative effort welcomes a grown up punk-rock aesthetic, painting its accessories in emotive shades of black and green, while decorating them with an abundance of studs. Included in the offering is the Embellished Belt Bag, which boasts a thick, zippered strap. Joining the carryall, the String Balloon Bag stays true to its name, presenting a rounded shape with a drawstring to close, while additional side pockets deliver extra storage space. A star-studded backpack completes the collection, featuring an array of sparkling silver hardware. Pivoting to Spring/Summer 2023, the fusion of the two labels has been realized once again as TOGA’s touch graces a belt bag, string balloon bag and backpack.
The TOGA PORTER collection is currently available on Goodhood‘s and is expected to arrive at additional select retailers soon. The Embellished Belt Bag is available for £337 GBP (approx. $422 USD), while the String Balloon Bag retails for £592 GBP (approx. $741 USD).
