Carhartt WIP is showcasing the versatility of denim in its Spring/Summer 2023 collection, which focuses on lightweight and layerable designs. The brand recently unveiled an editorial titled “Boroughs,” paying homage to the essence of New York City.
Photographer D’Andre Williams captures the spirit of the big apple in a series of grainy images. Models are strategically positioned against iconic NYC landmarks, including the 125th Street subway station in Harlem and characteristic brick walls and apartment stoops.
The range features reimagined Carhartt WIP styles, with standout pieces like the OG Chore Coat and Simple Pant in black denim, highlighted by contrasting triple stitching accents. The women’s OG Michigan Coat receives a fresh update with a soft stone-washed blue denim.
