These Are the Coolest Scandi Brands to Know From Copenhagen Fashion Week
From THE GARMENT and Filippa K to Stine Goya and Samsoe Samsoe, here’s who you need to get on your radar.
Scandi fashion is effortlessly cool — that’s a fact. As a result, every season, Copenhagen Fashion Week appears to get a little bit bigger, and the demand for Danish brands continues to grow. The reasons for its rise are likely a combination of its minimal, timeless aesthetic — meaning such brands and pieces are cool all year round, for all of the trend cycles — and the fact that it honestly just seems like Scandi fashion is centred around having fun and wearing what you like.
This season, a few brands stuck out to not only us — but also to fans of fashion, with search data from Lyst suggesting that they’re worth getting on your radar. Totēme appears to be one of the biggest, with searches on Lyst rising by 4781% week-on-week. Following closely behind is Filippa K, which sees searches rising by 800% month-on-month, and By Malene Birger, whose shoulder bags saw a spike of 578% just last month.
Ahead, we showcase some of the coolest brands from CPHFW this SS25 season.

With a focus on timeless design and high-quality tailoring, the label features slight nods to trends but in a wearable way that doesn’t instantly become relegated to the back of the wardrobe once the trend has had its time.

Founded by Jeanette Madsen and Thora Valdimars, the luxury label focuses on fun silhouettes, bold colors and daring designs — definitely not made for the fashionably faint-hearted. Its most recent show at CPHFW saw Pamela Anderson in attendance, and previous catwalks have seen reality royalty Lisa Rinna walking the runway. Need we say more?
