Courrèges SS25 Made Minimalism Sexy Again
Subversive details with sharp, clean-cut lines and bold asymmetry took center stage.
Simply put, the Courrèges Spring/Summer 2025 collection was a minimalist’s dream. Thriving on subtle, subversive details with sharp, clean-cut lines and bold asymmetry, the brand gave each piece a striking edge. Creative director, Nicolas Di Felice masterfully upheld the futuristic ’60s aesthetic that the brand’s founder, André Courrèges, famously pioneered, while seamlessly blending it with his own refined take on minimalism. The result of the SS25 show was a modern fusion where the sleek, space-age spirit of the brand’s archive was reimagined with a fresh sensuality that spoke to the bold confidence of the 21st century.
