Wales Bonner’s FW25 Collection Is Just for the Girls

For the first time ever, the London-based designer is presenting her women’s collection separately.

Wales Bonner is best known for blending menswear and womenswear with pieces that carry an effortlessly androgynous beauty. And the Fall/Winter 2025 season is no different – but with one rather major change. For the first time ever, Grace Wales Bonner is presenting her womenswear line independently.

Presented as a lookbook, shot by Zoë Ghertner and styled by Camilla Nickerson, the collection feels fresh. Luxe pieces like fringed dresses and satin skirts exude effortless luxury, while inky black leather dresses with buckles and studded details add a lived-in toughness. For a more business-oriented vibe, there’s a two-piece satin set, featuring a blazer and palazzo trousers.

The brown and red tracksuits are an updated take on the Wales Bonner signature aesthetic, see her adidas collaboration from the FW23 season, too. While the brand’s past designs explored ’70s-inspired tracksuits, this version adopts a more modern, feminine and oversized approach. The track jacket feels slightly relaxed, while the trousers are straight and loose, maintaining a nod to vintage glam with a contemporary spin.

For those who love a T-shirt, there’s the Selah cropped tee which features imagery from Moneta Sleet Jr.’s celebrated photography, offering a subtle nod to his iconic work. This design is made possible through The Black Image Corporation, a visionary project by Chicago-based artist Theaster Gates.
