The Best-Dressed Celebrities at the 2025 Met Gala

From Diana Ross and Zendaya to Janelle Monae and Doechii.

The Met Gala is officially upon us, and this year’s theme, “Superfine: Tailoring Black Style,” has fashion fans very excited about the possibilities. The Costume Institute’s exhibition of the same name takes inspiration from Monica L. Miller’s 2009 text, Slaves to Fashion: Black Dandyism and the Styling of Black Diasporic Identity and features paintings, photographs and a series of garments which explore Dandyism through the lens of Black style.

The 2025 edition of the Gala has a pretty impressive list of co-chairs, including A$AP Rocky, Pharrell Williams, Lewis Hamilton and Colman Domingo, along with Lebron James, who’s attending for the very first time. As the red carpet attendees begin to make their appearances, we’re compiling the best looks and takes on this year’s theme so far, featuring Emma Chamberlain, Teyana Taylor and more.

Scroll through to see the biggest and best looks at the 2025 Met Gala.
