Did the Beyhive Just Discover Another 'Act: III’ Easter Egg?

Here’s what we know.

On June 16, 2025, Beyoncé dedicated an Instagram post to Paul McCartney — and slyly revealed that she was already planning her next tour.

If you follow Beyoncé on Instagram, you’re likely seated waiting for each new fit reveal. From Vivienne Westwood to Telfar, the Houston singer’s “Cowboy Carter Tour” doubles as a runway show. This isn’t a new trend, however. Act I, the “Renaissance World Tour,” also featured designs from the most luxurious fashion houses.

So, when she posted her London performance looks with a thank you to Paul McCartney, it only furthered the hype. “Thank you, Sir Paul McCartney, for writing one of the best songs ever made. Every time I sing it, I feel so honored. And it is a full circle moment to wear your beautiful daughter’s design.” She added, “Thank you, London, for creating unforgettable memories for me and my family. Holla at ‘ya when I come on tour again.”

The moment revived speculation of Act III: The Rock era. If you’re unfamiliar, the Beyhive strongly believes that the Houston icon’s next album will revisit Black influences in rock music, as Renaissance celebrated queer dance music and Cowboy Carter reclaimed Black Country influences. This, paired with her love for dressing up as late rock icon Betty Davis, has had fans on their toes. That was until July 24, 2025.

“WAAAAAAAAIT OMG,” a fan tweeted after making a — potentially – genius connection. The tweet featured two screenshots, one of Davis’ birthday, July 26, 1944, and two, the final date of the Cowboy Carter tour. Both dates aligned leading fans to believe that an announcement is coming soon.

London has long been a favorite tour destination for Queen B, so the vulnerable caption paired with a country era that ends on Davis’ birthday can mean one of two things. Either, she’s definitely planning out her most viral fan theory: Act III, the rock genre. Or, two, she’ll just make a few pit stops in one of her favorite cities to perform in. All we know is that one fan commented what we’re all thinking, ”TOUR AGAIN!! Let’s go!!!”

Stay tuned for updates.
