Hudson Williams Is the Newest Face of Balenciaga
Along with Harris Dickinson and Winona Ryder.
Balenciaga just announced its new friends of the house, the first to be named by Pierpaolo Piccioli. Leading the announcement is Heated Rivalry star Hudson Williams, followed by brand ambassadors Harris Dickinson, Winona Ryder and Havana Rose Liu of Bottoms. Elsewhere, the friends list includes British composer Labrinth and Danish model Mona Tougaard.
Lensed by David Sims, the accompanying campaign aims to contextualize Piccioli’s first Balenciaga collections, spanning Summer 2026, “The Heartbeat” and now Fall 2026, titled “Body and Being.”
“I chose individuals, not characters,” explains Piccioli in a press release. “Human beings with distinct stories, faces marked by experience, vulnerability, and nuance. I was not looking for constructed personas, but for real presence. At the center of Summer 26 is the creation of a new community—different, yet connected by shared values: respect, sensitivity, strength, freedom. Not sameness, but resonance,” he continues.
Showcasing new ready-to-wear silhouettes across menswear and womenswear, the campaign is comprised of crisp portraits along with short interviews.
Speaking about his involvement, Williams says, “It’s genuinely an honor to partner with Pierpaolo and Balenciaga. This campaign isn’t just about fashion—it’s about identity and having the confidence to show up as yourself without compromise. Balenciaga and
Pierpaolo have been pushing the conversation around luxury and culture, and I’m still kind of in disbelief that I get to be a small part of this next chapter.”
