MAC Debuts an All-New Soft Matte Foundation Stick

Arriving in 33 diverse shades as part of the Studio Fix Range.

MAC‘s Studio Fix range never fails to impress the beauty industry. Adding to its cult classic Studio Fix Powder Plus Foundation to its Studio Fix Fluid SPF 15, the cosmetics brand has debuted its latest addition to the lineup, in the form of the all-new Soft Matte Foundation Stick, which arrives in 33 diverse. Terry Barber, MAC Director of Makeup Artistry in London said:

“There is a definite skin moment happening right now. We’re not talking rawness here, or the whole no makeup, makeup thing. It’s premium skin; enhanced, plumped, smooth and packed with moisture. Matte in the past was associated with dryness and dullness, whereas the new matte is about soft focus and blur with no blanket coverage and light hitting in all the right places.”

The new product is a 24-hour, long-wearing, medium coverage foundation that easily blends into the skin, keeping you hydrated and flawless at the same time. Its packaging is compact and pocket-sized, perfect for your travel makeup kit or for those always on the go. In addition, it delivers a precise application for those who love to contour and highlight, but also caters to makeup minimalists, who prefer a quick swipe to touch up problem areas, such as under the eye or problem T-zones.

The MAC Studio Fix Soft Matte Foundation Stick will be available at maccosmetics.com and all MAC locations on September 5. In the meantime, check out Charlotte Tilbury’s new Airbrush Flawless Foundation.
