The 2019 Toronto International Film Festival has officially kicked off where the 10-day Canadian festival is scheduled to debut some of the industry’s highly anticipated films. Hustlers starring Jennifer Lopez, Cardi B, Constance Wu, Keke PalmerJulia Stiles and Lili Reinhart is a must-see, as well as Knives Out which stars Jamie Lee Curtis, Chris Evans, Daniel Craig and Katherine Langford. Celebrities have been spotted on the Red Carpet in stunning designer gowns from left to right and we’ve rounded up the best looks so far.

The ever-so gorgeous Dakota Johnson attended the premiere of her new film The Friend and was seen in an elegant, black Dior Haute Couture evening dress composed of petals in degradé mesh. Brie Larson showed up in a dramatic pink Giambattista Valli floral print dress for her Just Mercy premiere. The Hustlers cast stole the evening as Jennifer Lopez walked down the carpet in a golden yellow, ruffled gown by Maison Yeya, Lili Reinhart in a dramatic, white Rodarte dress, and Keke Palmer in a Roberto Cavalli thigh-high slit piece.

Kristen Stewart sported a grey Chanel embroidered tweed blouse with matching pants, while Zazie Beetz rocked a shiny V-cut gown for their Seberg premiere. Felicity Jones showed up in a silver dress for the screening of The Aeronauts, while Knives Out star Katherine Langford wore a Dior navy blue wool and silk dress.

Strapless seemed to be the go-to choice for many this year, with Chloe Bennet looking absolutely radiant in her flowy, pastel blue strapless gown, and Susan Kelechi Watson attending the festival in a beautiful, purple ruffle strapless dress. Maya Hawke was seen in a culotte jumpsuit by CELINE at The Song of Names premiere.

Natalie Portman wore a black Dior Haute Couture Fall/Winter 2019 asymmetric bustier dress incorporated with mesh and woven laces to Lucy in the Sky. Alexa Demie made an appearance for her new film Waves dressed in a Bevza champagne shell dress.
