Disney's Collaborates With the Best Pizzerias Across the U.S. for Friendsgiving
Teaming up with award-winning Chef Roy Choi to create limited-edition flavors inspired by iconic Disney characters.
Ahead of the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday, Disney is hosting a Friendsgiving together with Chef Roy Choi, who is known for his popular restaurants Kogi BBQ and Best Friends. In addition, Disney and Choi has also tapped five renowned pizzerias across the country, including Brooklyn’s Roberta’s, Los Angeles’ Jon & Vinny’s, Austin’s Home Slice Pizza, Phoenix’s Pizzeria Bianco and Philadelphia’s Pizzeria Beddia, to create six speciality pizzas.
Including everything form an updated take on the classic pepperoni in honor of Mickey Mouse, to a spicy pie in homage of Donald Duck, each pizza embodies the characteristics of the characters we know and love, and tells a story of friendship.
All pre-orders made earlier this week will be available for local pickup or delivery only for today (November 21). Each pizza is priced at $36 USD, and will include a custom pizza box and exclusive Mickey & Friends(giving) stickers. Take a look at the delicious interpretations in the gallery above.
