Naomi Osaka Is a Bag Designer, Too

The tennis star teamed up with Strathberry on limited-edition purses.

No stranger to sneaker collaborations, Naomi Osaka ventures into handbag design with her latest team-up, a range of limited-edition accessories designed with Strathberry.

Comprised of five bags and two small wallets, the capsule incorporates subtle detailing inspired by the design of a tennis racquet grip. Strathberry’s Ace bag arrives in two colorways, the first in classic black leather adorned with lime green stitching and the second in a mix of white, cobalt and pink leather paneling. The Allegro, a mini crossbody, is also rendered in a white-cobalt-pink mix alongside a woven version in gray accented with orange and white. The utilitarian Stylist bag can convert from a crossbody to a fanny pack and lastly, two zippered card holders carry just the essentials.

“Each bag in this collection celebrates my personal style through color and modern detailing, while still remaining timeless and versatile,” Osaka explained. The Naomi Osaka x Strathberry bag collection ranges from $150 to $825 USD at the Strathberry website.
