Netflix's 'Next in Fashion' Winner Minju Kim Debuts Her Collection on Net-a-Porter
Taking inspiration from Frida Kahlo.
One of Netflix‘s latest binge-worthy reality shows, fashion competition series Next in Fashion pinned South Korean native Minju Kim as the designer to watch. As promised on the show, the winner has debuted the collection from her final challenge on luxury retailer Net-a-Porter.
A 10-piece lineup created in just three days, the “Dragon Princess” took inspiration from none other than Frida Kahlo for the range. Characterized by voluminous silhouettes and feminine details, the emerging designer‘s signature elements are found in the playful patterns and fabrics used for items like a silk-twill mini dress, wide pants and a draped jacquard top.
