Rolling Stone‘s second annual Women Shaping the Future issue will finally hit the stands next month. The publication has tapped artists Megan Thee Stallion, Normani and SZA as its latest cover stars.

The stunning portrait features all three powerful women dressed in sexy black leather outfits paired will killer heels and sneakers. According to the magazine, the March issue will also include in-depth profiles of the cover girls, as well as exclusive interviews with Regina King, Stacey Abrams, Natasha Lyonne and other prominent women in entertainment, sports, politics and culture.
