Daniel Arsham's 'Future Relics' Artwork For Dior Is Available to Purchase In Stores
Including a Dior-branded clock, basketball and telephone.
Back in June, Kim Jones enlisted artist Daniel Arsham to create a series of large-scale works for the set of Dior’s Spring/Summer 2020 Men’s show. Fans of the New York-based artist, as well as Jones’ reign at Dior, are now able to purchase smaller versions of the collaborative works.
Arsham’s creations, a series of monolithic sculptures spelling out “Dior,” were unveiled on the runway along with an accompanying installation inspired by Monsieur Christian Dior’s studio. The works are fashioned after Arsham’s Future Relics series, molds of disintegrating everyday objects such as telephones and clocks that, placed in the future, have become obsolete.
Take a look at the Daniel Arsham x Dior Future Relics collaboration in the gallery above. All items are available in Dior stores for the length of March.
