Sony's New Wireless Noise-Canceling Headphones Can Connect to Two Devices At Once
Dubbed the WH-1000XM4.
For its latest product launch, Sony has released the brand new WH-1000XM4, its fourth-generation wireless noise-canceling headphones. As part of the company’s award-winning 1000X family, the new device boasts new and improved technology, along with similar features from the previous WH-1000XM3.
For the purpose of noise cancelation, the headphones come with two microphones on each ear cup where the Dual Noise Sensor technology captures ambient noise and passes the data to the HD Noise Canceling Processor QN1. The new Bluetooth Audio SoC (System on Chip) senses and adjusts to any type of sound at over 700 times per second.
Through the use of the Adaptive Sound Control, the smart function can sense the user’s environment and adjusts the ambient sound settings for a comfortable listening experience. Another new feature includes the “Speak-to-Chat,” which automatically pauses your music the moment you speak. Finally, the WH-1000XM4 can be connected to two Bluetooth devices at the same time, providing a convenient experience for you while you’re working from home or on-the-go.
Sony’s WH-1000XM4 in “Silver” and “Black” retail for £350 GBP (approximately $460 USD) each, which you can now purchase online.
