Known for being a multi-media artist, Kenny often works with vintage clothing via a cut-and-sew method that showcases his artistry through handcrafted pieces and vibrant patchwork. Bringing his unique style front and center, the Brian Kenny x Onitsuka Tiger collection highlights heritage items from the sportswear label and redefines them with an updated twist.
The statement piece in the collaborative capsule is the vibrant, reworked iteration of the D-Trainer Boro. Using a mélange of different materials, the resulting profile is a quirky composition of various textures that together create a truly singular design. From leather segments to discarded tags, the dynamic upper is perfectly contrasted with a sleek white sole that is constructed with an edgy, sawtooth outsole.
