Moncler Welcomes the Year of the Ox With New Capsule Range

Having launched a collaborative range with 1017 ALYX 9SM as part of its Genius line, Moncler has now partnered with rising photographer Leslie Zhang to celebrate the Lunar New Year. Featuring a capsule range of winter-ready outerwear, the accompanying visuals are an expansion of the Moncler Voices campaign series.
Inspired by the Year of the Ox and the Chinese culture, Zhang adds elements of kung fu as well as traditional architecture to the editorial. Boasting pops of rich red hues throughout, the capsule features Moncler’s signature puffer jackets in black and white. The former is highlighted with constellation prints, which are also splashed onto a long-sleeved tee and ball cap. Taking the spotlight, a faux shearling coat is covered in metallic silver, while a knitted cardigan and scarf complete the release.
