Owens unveiled the sneaker at his FW21 menswear show.

Earlier this morning, Rick Owens debuted his Fall/Winter 2021 menswear collection, revealing the designer’s forthcoming collaboration with Converse. The designer brings his dark, gothic-tinged aesthetic to the iconic Chuck 70, resulting in a dramatic, exaggerated version of the high-top basketball shoe.

The TURBODRK Chuck 70 is constructed with a black corduroy upper and a white rubber midsole. An elongated tongue is stitched with a co-branded DRKSHDW and Converse label. The rubber toe of the shoe is molded with a rectangular extension, creating a striking silhouette. White top-stitching and matching white laces finish off the eye-catching style.

There’s no word yet on when the Rick Owens DRKSHDW x Converse TURBODRK Chuck 70 will release. Stay tuned for further details.
