Bottega Veneta Releases Resort 2022 Collection

The new capsule features highly saturated hues and touchable fabrics.

With a physical store opening in SoHo later this week, Bottega Veneta has unveiled its “Wardrobe 03” collection for the Resort 2022 season. This comes just a month after Daniel Lee’s abrupt departure from the Italian label after three years. The brand’s new creative director Matthieu Blazy will debut his first collection for the house in February.

Living up to its name, there is no shortage of color in this upbeat wardrobe. The range includes beachy, hand-crocheted dresses and handbags in a rainbow of bright tropical shades like yuzu lime green and bubblegum pink. Elsewhere, the new line includes bold orange platforms, delicately beaded dresses in soft shades of lilac and pastel fringed slips perfect for nights out spent below the equator.

The latest melange is also comprised of neatly tailored corduroy sets in shades of deep pool blues and shocking greens. Ambitious thigh-high boots bathed in a geometric pattern of yellow and green also stand out amongst the pack, an enticing offer for spring street style.
