You Can Spend Christmas at the Original 'Home Alone' House
A break-in by the Wet Bandits is not included.
This unexpected news comes after the premiere of Disney+‘s reboot Home Sweet Home Alone. On the booking website, the iconic home in Chicago will be hosted by Kevin’s brother Buzz McCallister (played by Devin Ratray). “You may not remember me as particularly accommodating,” McCallister says in a release. “But I’ve grown up, and I’d be happy to share my family home — my pizza, even — with you this holiday season. Just try not to let my tarantula, Axl, loose this time.”
Limited to four guests, the house offers “plenty of Chicago’s finest pizza” and “a candlelit dinner of microwavable Kraft Macaroni & Cheese.” Fans will also be able to meet a tarantula and receive a gift of a LEGO Ideas Home Alone set. “We may all be older and wiser now, but we’re never too old for holiday hijinks,” McCallister adds. “So this year, spend the holidays not-so-home-alone at my parents’ house.”
You can book your one-night stay at the McCallister house starting on December 7 at 2 p.m. EST for $25 USD, plus additional fees. Head over to Airbnb to learn more about the listing.
