Zendaya Gushes Over Tom Holland and Expresses How "Proud" She Is of Him
In addition to sharing an adorable throwback photo.
Zendaya couldn’t feel happier for Tom Holland as they approach the release date of Spider-Man: No Way Home.
The Euphoria star dedicated a sweet Instagram post to Holland. “My Spider-Man, I’m so proud of you, some things never change and good thing,” she wrote, tagging the British actor.
Just recently, he gushed over Zendaya as well. “She’s one of the most incredible people I’ve ever met,” Holland told Extra. “And I love her to bits. So to be here tonight [at the premiere with her] is amazing. I’m delighted to share it with her.”
Zendaya and Holland have been starring in three Spider-Man films so far, and it’s quite possible they may continue to work together. Though there hasn’t been any word yet if Zendaya will return as Mary Jane, it was recently confirmed that Holland will reprise his role of Spider-Man/Peter Parker for three more Marvel films.
“This is not the last movie that we are going to make with Marvel — [this is not] the last Spider-Man movie,” producer Amy Pascal told Fandango. “We are getting ready to make the next Spider-Man movie with Tom Holland and Marvel, it just isn’t part of … we’re thinking of this as three films, and now we’re going to go onto the next three. This is not the last of our MCU movies.”
