Pattaraphan's "CO" Jewelry Collection Pays Tribute to Thai Culture
Inspired by collars worn by women of the Karen Tribe in Northern Thailand.
Pattaraphan is expanding its lineup of jewelry for the Spring/Summer 2021 season. Following its locket range, the Bangkok-based brand has unveiled a new collection dubbed “CO.”
In anticipation of the release, Pattaraphan has pre-launched select styles from the line such as the Pearl Drop Earrings and Anklet. Meanwhile, the Co Hoop Earrings, Thai Chain Necklace and Pearl Endless Necklace set to drop next month are inspired by collars worn by women of the Karen Tribe in Northern Thailand. Minimal circular shapes take center stage along with metal material, gemstones and freshwater pearls. Pattaraphan’s designer Nok states in a press release that pearls are associated with the past, “while through her eyes as a metalsmith, metal represents the contemporary world.”
You can now shop the Pearl Drop Earrings and Anklet online. The Co Hoop Earrings, Thai Chain Necklace and Pearl Endless Necklace will be available on March 15. The full “CO” collection will officially drop sometime in May.
