Samsung Taps BTS for Galaxy S21 Ultra Campaign

Unveiled via the K-pop group’s latest ‘MTV Unplugged’ performance.

Continuing their ongoing partnership, Samsung has tapped BTS once again to promote its latest Galaxy S21 Ultra phone. The campaign premiered during the K-pop group’s anticipated performance on the MTV Unplugged special.

With “Life Goes On” playing in the background, the 15-second-long video sees the seven-member group play around with the new device’s innovative 8K Video Snap technology. The musicians use the phone to film performance videos in crystal-clear quality.

The new commercial follows up on BTS’ appearance for Samsung’s Galaxy S20+ 5G and Buds+ gadgets. The latter, which is a set of wireless earphones, is available in a special BTS edition featuring the group’s logo and purple heart motif.
